Had a very nice kitchen. The fact that it was a suite was very nice. It does need a new sofa. The breakfast was very good. Will certainly consider coming again.

When I searched for a hotel, this property said "Hyatt Place" through Expedia, yet the sign said 'Comfort Suites' when we arrived. I was so confused at first. So, if you're looking for a Hyatt, there are other options. The staff was friendly but appeared extremely exhausted. This hotel showed signs of neglect outside & inside; there were clearly no updates. No landscaping has been done outside & trash is thrown everywhere. I expect that in the heart of Milwaukee, but without going through Expedia, this hotel costs $300 a night. I mean seriously? The elevator works, but its lights don't show where you're going. There were no USB outlets to charge your devices, and there was rust around the shower floor. I recommend using shower shoes if you use it. However, the overall look of the room was decent. If you're looking for a quick stop to catch an overnight rest, this place could work. But this hotel is a no-go if you're looking for average quality and modern upgrades. Overall, I give it 3 stars.

Pool was down. Hotel did a brand swap at midnight the day we checked in. Breakfast was good.

I stayed there Memorial Day weekend and the pool was not working. One of the reason we choose this place was for the kids to go swimming. Also the air conditioning was not working in the room. When I was the manager she told me she could not do anything as I booked with a 3rd party and I would have to contact them for any time of credit.
