Had what we assumed to be a small rodent making scratching noises in our exterior wall at 12:30AM on our final night, however the front desk staff promptly call maintenance and refunded us that night’s stay.

Our stay was fine - friendly people, clean facility, nice breakfast... The only issue was that there was no one at the front desk for us to check-in. We waited a half hour. There was a lady there before us that told us she had been waiting 20 minutes already. Three other groups arrived to check-in after us and also had to wait. Once the clerk arrived, everything went smoothly.

Not your typical Fairfield, more like a remodeled older hotel. Very noisy. Location is in a parking lot with 2 other hotels. Pool was closed, but was
very small. Staff was excellent.
