Staff was excellent. Room was clean however it smelled like previous guests had smoked in there. We ended up getting a pine tree air freshener from our vehicle and sticking it on the A/C unit to make the room smell better. Overall it was a very nice stay for the price.

It was nice. Only complaint is lack of availability of eating utensils for eating and cooking area.

Our room smells like leaking sewage. Shower and toilet need to be fixed asap! Toilet is unstable and wobbling. Shower handle moved when turned water on. Hallway smell and people running at night. Very noisy and there is no attendant to manage unruly guests at night. If looking for a relaxing and good night sleep, I would not recommend this place. I stayed at their other location but not this terrible. Just my opinion.

There was a room situation from what I had booked so what we had was not ideal for three travelers yet the receptionist and manager (Mike) responded immediately to our needs and the situation was resolved, and then Mike did what a manager should do in my opinion is excellent customer service he bright a happy ending. He apologize for our inconvenience and he gave us a free night to stay at any of America suite. Now that going over the top to make a customer satisfied With their stay!!!

Very convenient to interstate- only issue was there was no sign at the entrance stating hotel was down that drive
