This property is due for a refresh in some areas. Restaurant, bedroom/bathroom tile. Lobby, elevator and hallways were not vacuumed during the three days we were there. Shower had mildew. Staff was nice and helpful.

It was ok. The tv turned on but you couldn’t watch it because the reception was bad. I know it happens but there was a huge spider in the room which didn’t end my stay very well. The hotel wasn’t as nice as others I’ve been too. There was no breakfast lie they said there would be.

First the bad: The facility is aged and in dire need of updating. Chairs in the bistro/bar are worn and almost have the filler exposed. The carpets are old and worn, TV in room couldn't get half of the "available channels", and one elevator didn't work all weekend.
Now the great: The staff!! From Lore at check-in and check-out to Erika in the bistro/bar the staff were amazing. They were engaged, friendly and helpful. They were personable and amazing to deal with regardless of the ask.
Update the facility and this would be a 10 hotel to stay at. We would gave the facility a 4 (bed was comfortable) but the staff a 12 out of 10! They were that great! Overall because of the staff we would give it an 8.5.
