Perfect location

Perfectly placed apartment in The Hub. Cleaned and well maintained. Easy instructions to obtain keys and parking. One griped was that it is close to the bar in the square so Thursday and Friday you’ll get music played until late and the bedroom window is right outside. This isn’t an issue but is the only thing I would say is not 5 stars. Will definitely use again when staying in MK for work.

Stay was refreshing though hot as the humidifiers were not working properly. Also it was not possible to use the bathroom sink due to stuck drain plug. This was fixed on my last day of stay

Thanks for your great review Stephen. If you're referring to the 2 provided air coolers, they did seem to be working OK when we checked. If you add ice to them as suggested in our house manual, they're really effective.Apologies for the issue with with sink plug; I'm glad we were able to resolve this for you the morning after it was reported.

Lovely property with all amenities you will need, includes secure parking which is a bonus, lifts were down when i was staying but that was building maintenance issue. Only complaint was the bed, mattress needs to be replaced ASAP. communication is 10/10

Hi, thanks for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed the property overall but sorry you didn't like the mattress - a good night's sleep is definitely top priority! Having inspected it, it doesn't seem to be damaged or worn, however we have been doing various renovations on the property recently and added this in anyway, so I can confirm there is now a nice new 1500-pocket spring hypo-allergenic mattress.

I loved that the property was immaculate , luxurious, romantic , has everything from Washing machine, tumble dryer to dishwasher an so many more facilities and Adam property manager always amazing. I had a terrible experience with Expedia really bad customer care so in the end I booked direct and have kept doing it. Brightleap apartments is the best I cannot same for Expedia !!
