Room was sufficient enough for my stay, Staff is always willing to accommodate. I didn't like the baby roaches.

Room was clean in a dirty environment could hear the people next door and they weren't even loud and someone tried to open my door in the middle of the night.

Poor customer service

Hotel key did not work twice at 2 am on coldest night. Had go office twice and still unable to fix it. No discount given but charged $15 fir one towel with stain.
