The staff didn’t show my reservation through Expedia so it slowed down my check in and means I’ll have to spend time sorting it out in the morning. The staff was nice though.

Room not ready
Posted 20 Aug 2021 on HotelsWe arrived after a 5hr drive very tired, my wife has a bad heart and we both wanted to sleep. The check in was supposed to be after 3pm, we arrived at 4pm and were told the room would not be ready till 5pm, so we had to wander round the town for an hour. The receptionist really didn't seem to care. Very disappointing.
