Soulless, cold, uncaring and unhelpful

Unexpected parking charges, hopeless receptionist, very cold rooms and told all rooms were set to cold snd it would go up one degree per hour but we had to go out as rooms were too cold. Not nice rooms, only twin beds with big gap between. Mattress a couple of inches thick, generally poorly maintained, soulless and unhelpful. Very disappointed.

No spa access

Your offer was misleading: it made believe access to the spa was included whereas it wasn't.Also parking was at an extra cost with no clear warning on your site

I wished I would have used the facilities. Nice room. Microwave and fridge were very nice to have. And the big fan was appreciated.

At check-in they neglected key info. Like the reception does not open until 7am. Not good if you need to make an early flight. Parking was not good. Small multi-story with no lift is a problem if you have luggage. Rooms too hot for comfortable sleeping. Staff avoided eye contact or helping, when they knew you were there and help was needed.
