Very very clean. Newer rooms. Staff let me check in early. I will stay here every time I am in town

Rooms were not cleaned, toilet had previously leaked but was fixed when requested. Carpet not cleaned in a while, sheets on bed not clean upon arrival. Front desk staff not knowledgeable about facilities or area. Breakfast bar poor and pricey: $11.00 for powdered egg sandwich with soggy bacon and mushy bread. Waitress helpful and knowledgeable about area. On site self-service laundry was a plus, but rest of facility was sub-par.

The hotel does not disclose that there is a parking fee. They only clean the rooms and replace towels every seven days, yes SEVEN! Trash removal from the rooms is done every four days. We stayed for six and they never took out the trash. Guests can request new towels and toilet paper by going to the front desk.Guests place their soiled towels and trash bags in the hallways which is disgusting. While we were there, after checking in, the hotel informed us that we were not to use the do not disturb signs and to expect setvice personnel to access the room to clean the carpets and service the A/C unit. They cleaned the carpet and left our door propped open for 7 hours. When I informed the (low verbal) night clerk and asked him to have the manager call me he hung up on me. When I went to use the Jacuzzi, I discovered it was out of order, another piece of information that was withheld by the hotel. I am an IHG rewards member and I could not have been more disappointed and disgusted with this hotel experience. Horrible!

Hotel was packed over Memorial Day weekend. The staff handled it really well, even with an elevator going out of service. But that’s not unreasonable considering it seemed about 150 13yo soccer players were in the building. Rhe property has been kept up to date as best as possible. Everything was clean, water pressure and temp were good. I’d definitely stay here agains. Staff made it an enjoyable stay by working with a packed house

Wait for someone to come to the front desk to check in. Find out they ran out of keys. Got my room number but had to wait again for them to let us in. They stated they would call when keys arrived. That didn’t happen. Got a key and beddin but they ran out of pillows for the pull out bed. Key didn’t work had to go back down stairs. Horrible
