Staff was amazing. We checked in around midnight. The staff said your checking in so late if you would like I can give you a late check out so your able to get some more sleep. We did not even have to ask. Then when we opened the room door it smelt clean. It was spotless.

My family loves to stay at this hotel we've been coming down from Pennsylvania for the last 3 years. It's only a 25 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach but the rates are much cheaper. We love the quietness and cleanliness and proximity to many dining options. Grotto Pizza and Buffalo Wild Wings are right there in the same parking lot basically. You have the Royal Farms gas station and convenience store on the other side as well which is great for snacks and filling your tank between trips. Liquor store just opened up right next door so you can be in and out with a bottle of cold wine in a minute or two. The outdoor pool is small but gets the job done. The staff is always very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended for families of 4 or less on a budget.

Very clean and comfortable stay, hot breakfast was a plus. Will definitely come back on our next trip!

It was very clean and the staff was friendly & helpful. We were disappointed that the pool wasn't open yet, but my boys LOVED the pancake maker at breakfast!!

Conveniently located for going offshore unfortunately not a lot of readily available. Restaurants without driving..

The outside of the bldg was very plain-not very welcoming, but the inside and rooms were nice and clean. We had a wonderful gentlemen that recommended the VFW grill for dinner- and it was great food- thanks again. Not too many other food choices in area. Thought the room rate was high for the area-but we had driven all day and needed a place so we took the room, otherwise I would have done more searching.
