Front desk attendant Jessica took care of me and kids. I booked the wrong room accidentally and she was able to upgrade me to the suite at a mininal cost and did so very quickly and efficiently.

We were near the shopping areas. There was no hook on the bathroom door to hang items on and it would be nice to have a change in breakfast items.

We were there for a three night stay and they never had maid service come to our room to check on whetherwe needed to be restocked on things. When we did ask for clean towelas and facecloths it was inconvenient to them. Ants in the room and no bathroom fan.
