I can’t say anything negative about our experience. The staff was super friendly, room was clean and the grounds were beautiful.

Beautiful setting—country location but very short commute into Cooperstown. Friendly staff.

Amazing views

Property was beautiful, lodge was nice but the staff was missing. No room makeup or cleaned up. Needed towels and had to bring ours to the front desk for an exchange instead of having them brought to us. The “breakfast” was cereal and granola bars. Nice grounds and building but staff and amenities need work.

Beautiful area, but weak on service.
Posted 23 Sep 2023 on HotelsWhile the property is on a beautiful piece of land, we were disappointed with the service. There were only 3 customers at the hotel. We asked for a nice room with a view. The man at the counter said all the rooms are the same. Then he gave us a room facing where workers were putting up a wedding tent, instead of one overlooking the valley. We did not realize until the next day what the options could be, otherwise we would have asked to move.
