Unfortunately we got one of the 'unrenovated' rooms. We had booked a double room, mustn't have been one available. Ended up with a family room. Very basic, old-fashioned & everything very 'tired', apart from the bed which was very comfortable. Aircon worked well. Motel within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Wouldn't bother returning.

Very very disappointed, Customer service was so poor and rude. Inside room 19 all three side table lights didn’t have light globes for my young children to use. Room 18 had a massive party that kept everyone awake all night, We could smell them smoking as there was a twin door locked between both rooms that wasn’t sealed up where the smoke and nose came through. Black mould in shower and one of the kids towels had black hair in it when open up ready to use after shower. My kids have light coloured hair. Highly recommend people to look elsewhere sorry, I’m definitely not one to leave a review but this was terrible unfortunately.

we are really sorry about these issues. we always try our best to help if we know about the issues, but you did not bother to ring us or talk to us during your stay, so we could talk to the noisy people. we strictly have no smoking inside policy inside. but because you did not notify at the time we could not help. Missing globes : because some guests help themselves to the things they think they can take away, may be house-keeping staff did not notice the missing globe as they are humans too, can make mistake. we could have replaced them easily. if you were that unhappy, and if you bothered to tell us then we could have given you another room. we cant help with issues we don't know about.

Road noise. People in next room fighting all night. Police called.

Road noise is out of our control. we are not even aware of the fight and police being called. If you could have told us we could have dealt with it or even we can ask the customer to leave if they are causing any trouble. we apologies for your experience.

A bit noisy, a few ledges inside room that you stumbled on. Otherwise nice n clean.

Thanks for your feedback, it would have been better if you told us during your stay so we could make alternate arrangements, like swapping your room or controlling noise if possible.

it would be best for you to enter the number of adults when booking online, if you book the room for two adults you can't expect 4 beds in the room. we are sorry that we were fully booked and could not help you at the time, as we did not have any spare rooms. but we offered to refund and cancel the booking free of charge.
