Quite expensive for what they offer. They call it as luxury home but it definitely don't live up to that expectation of being living in a luxury home. Home is large and looks nice but most amenities / fit and finish are very standard and doesn't give you the feel of premiumness. Plus there was a hole on of the walls in house which they didn't inform to us. outdoor area had blinds which we culdn;t open after multiple attempts and even after ringing them and getting instructions over the phone. I would say property is nice and in a good corner of town but price is too high.

Firstly, Thank you for staying at our BEAUTIFUL property. You are the first guest EVER that we have had that has ever not been happy with the quality and standard of this premium property. Everything we have placed in this premium property is of a high standard, including expensive furniture, certainly well above anything you will find in Mildura. Secondly, your husband was contacted the day prior by our reception to offer our apologies that the corridor wall was dented in around the light switch, unfortunately we had a guest trip and push the wall slightly in (there was no hole) and we did not have enough time to repair it before your stay (as it was a two day repair job) and we would have had to cancel your booking, your husband was understanding over the phone prior to your stay and appreciated your booking not being cancelled simply because a wall space of 10cm by 10cm was slightly pushed in (I am sorry he did not mention that we called prior to your arrival). In regards to the Al Fresco blinds you rang and spoke to me and I gave you instructions (further to what is actually displayed on the blind) on how to open the blind and I said to you if you need any further assistance with the blind do not hesitate to call me back on my mobile and I will pop around and open them for you...You never rang, so please do not falsely complain about it when you did not seek further assistance when it was offered to you. Once again Thank you for staying in our BEAUTIFUL and well priced home!
