Very convenient location.
It is located in the airport so it is noisy— to be expected.
Contrary to advertising, there are no sheets. Just a torn rubber coated mattress.

Dont throw your money away
Posted 14 Oct 2023 on HotelsDont bother wasting your money sleeping here. Neither the door or the window worked , texted them and they said there is nothing they can do and to send a complaint email but no one replied back. Hotel.com didn’t help with a refund either and told us to talk to the hotel. Trust me there would be no difference between sleeping on the floor in the airport or in this capsule.

0/5 Do not recommend
Posted 30 Sep 2023 on HotelsI could not even access the capsule. I spoke with the agent and she did not seem knowledgeable about the check in process because she kept trying to have me troubleshoot in ways that were not even possible with the system. She tried to change the check in phone number and it still did not work. Eventually, she told me to just "walk away and try again later". I ended up having to go to a totally different hotel. I contacted Hotels.com for a refund and it was denied because they state that the hotel doesn't have record of me calling them for assistance. I have now emailed the hotel with a screenshot of the WhatsApp phone call record. Hotels.com unhelpfully explained it was a nonrefundable reservation - but in that case I expect to be able to actually access the capsule. Save yourself the effort and lost money, pay a little more for a professional hotel near the airport, not the capsule.

Complicated check-in and noisy but decent sleep
Posted 3 Feb 2020 on HotelsYou need your phone number to check-in through a screen... but it did not work! The "hotel" doesn't have after-hour customer service, so I ended up calling hotels.com which told me to use a different phone number (never heard before!) as a chek-in code. Why wasn't this included in the confermation email?
Moreover: decent hotel pod in a noisy point at the airport (close to the bathroom), and no noise insulation.

I stayed twice in a few days. After the first visit I reported some issues. The main one being that the roof panel did not close when I selected that. This means the there was nothing to stop/reduce noise or shut out the light in the terminal building. I received no reply to my report and was allocated the same unit (number 3) the next time and no repairs had been made. There is no pillow just a slight rise in the mattress level where the head goes and I had to use a towel to sleep on. There are no covers and no control of the temperature which is the ambient temperature of the terminal building. I did not realise the Terminals were so far apart and required a bus transfer. There are no signs in the terminal to find the units and a check-out time of 08:00 is too early.
