This is a beautiful hotel just in great location. We loved everything about it. The service was outstanding. The restaurant downstairs was delicious. Front desk personnel provided the best customer service and were very helpful. Alena and Thomas made our stay one of a kind. Thank you so much. Definitely will come back again.

We absolutely loved our hotel room. The restaurant downstairs was amazing with other great choices around. The hotel can be a little difficult to locate on arrival and park to unload. Walking distance from many places.

The staff is super friendly. Great location and design. The restaurant for breakfast or a meal is very charming and cosy. Will definitely return to this cute hotel in the center of Milan

The best boutique hotel is not in Italy but in Europe
There is a respected and professional manager
His name is Manuel and he is behind their success
All the staff are nice and friendly in their dealings

Small boutique type hotel I had never stayed. Not used to the open concept clothes storage and lack of drawers for clothes. But overall a great experience.

Excellent location and staff. Not a good value for the money. The suite/ room we had was not completely finished, television inoperable, half the space in the suite was useless, could not stand upright.

Our establishment enjoys an excellent location in the heart of the city as confirmed by you.As for your last overnight stay in our Upper Floor Double Room, this excellently designed room on the top attic floor enjoys details such as: Exposed wooden beams that warm up the atmosphere as well as having a cozy relaxation corner and is equipped with a small terrace that make it unique.It is certainly not the same as the suite previously booked because the type you chose was different.We are very sorry and we look forward to having you as a welcome guest again.
