Why they don’t provide a basic service such as teapot and tea bags?

Although this property is quite a distance outside of the main city of Milan, it was a much quietier area. The metro is only a short walk away. Hotel is beautiful and we upgraded to an exclusive room which was lovely. We loved how quiet it was and the staff were fab. I would highly recommend staying here.

I wish I could stay in this room all of my travels. It was without that the best value for money I’ve received in five years.

Nice, clean room and facilities, and staff were friendly and very helpful. Walkable from the Metro but lacking convenience f&b and grocery options in the area.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms are a little dated and need bed upgrade. Very clean rooms.

The property is in horrendous shape. Looks pretty much abandoned. It is old (80’s probably) and has not been well maintained. Even something as simple as the single electrical outlet in the room wasn’t working. Never mind the air conditioning. However, the Staff was incredibly accommodating and tried incredibly hard to swap our room and assist in every possible way. They clearly understood the overall shape of the rooms and went above and beyond to do what little can be done. They even sent some fruit and champagne. So despite the Hotel Facilities having been terrible the overall experience we had because of the wonderful staff, isn’t as bad.

Everything is fine. If you travel by car, transportation is also not an issue
