Our room was not ready at check in and the room initially provided was very minimal and loud. We were then moved to a quiet and very convenient room. Location was excellent.

We had an issue checking in at the property and it took a bit longer but overall location and amenities were impeccable. Would definitely recommend!

This was a beautiful property, as centrally located as I could possibly imagine, with an excellent and kind staff. Marie Elyse was so kind at check-in to surprise us with an upgrade to a better room that had become available for the night. Amazing! You are 100 meters away from the Duomo and from the Galleria Vittoria Emanuele, as well as tons of other shopping and dining options. Really amazing hotel, would definitely recommend it and will stay here again if ever in Milan.

I've just mentioned that it would be my birthday during my stay asking for a cupcake at breakfast and they sent a bottle of Prosecco with two flutes and an amazing card handwritten by the staff. This was an amazing surprise that made me feel so happy and made my day even more special. Thanks for all the Rosa Grand Staff, I'll never forget it.

Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent Excellent Excellent. PRIME Location, Service wonderful, Accommodation very good! I had 2 rooms for a week. Would definitely stay again.
