Good hotel for location, the staff are lovely and cannot help enough. Breakfast buffet is vast and good value. The bar staff are lovely and drinks are very reasonably priced. We had our room upgraded for free to a terrace room which was lovely but you can’t open the door really as the trams are so noisy until the early hours and other hotel guests smoke on their balconies so your room ends up stinking. So if you are considering paying extra, I wouldn’t bother.

Really lovely hotel. Close to the action. Nice staff. Would be great if it had an outside area or roof terrace

Rooms are spacious and bathrooms big but why are the showers so small? It must be an Italian thing as it was the second 5 star hotel we stayed in a week and both the properties showers were small(hardly wider than 600mm)
Breakfast was typical European and not really good selection of hot food. More focused on pastries and cakes. Coffee as you would expect in Italy was good.
All in all a average 5 star hotel in my opinion.
