Good hotel friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Only downside is it looks likes a bit of a rough area outside and the breakfast is awful for the cost. I would recommend staying here though

The safe thought I didn’t speak Italian and was talking about me in front of my face and when I spoken up about it they had an attitude. They also raised issue about my friend wanting to put their bags in my room. If I prepaid for a room and I want to have guests am I not allowed to? The hotel was nice but I wouldn’t stay here just off the rudeness and customer service of the front desk staff.

Functional and clean hotel.
Staff is helpful but a bit "cold".
The area itself is convenient with public transport, otherwise it is not inviting.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful as I had incorrectly booked. But they corrected my error (even though they didn't have too)

Friendly staff and very close proximity to the metro station which is great, however for the price of the rooms, the cleanliness and standard of the rooms were not the best. House keeping never changed the bed sheets even when asked, the air conditioning did not work and the floor was dirty. The walls are not sound proof so you can hear everything happening next door to you. We had bought snacks which we left in our fridge and half of them went missing which was very odd.
