Great apartment, terrible management - avoid

We arrived at the office to collect the keys (when we eventually found the office) at 14:00. The staff at the office we very unpleasant, I understand that they are very busy managing hundreds of apartments across the city, but still it doesn't justify them being so unfriendly. They told us that we couldn't enter the apartment until 15:00, because cleaning might be in progress, but we could drop off our things and return later. We dropped off our things by 14:15, and as we were leaving we saw the cleaner arrive to clean. When we returned after the check-in time, the apartment was still dirty, the bed had no sheets, the old sheets were in a bundle in the wardrobe, the bathroom floor still had stains, and there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. There was not even a courtesy bottle of water in the fridge. We tried calling the management company multiple times to complain, and they wouldn't pick up, so we had to physically go back to the station to tell them. They apologised and said they would send someone to clean within the next 30 mins. When we return to the apartment an hour later, the bed had been made, but the stain on the bathroom floor was still there, and there was still no soap or shampoo. After 30 mins of calling the management company we finally got through and they told us they would send someone to deliver some soap. At this point I had given up on the floor stains as I just wanted to take a shower!
