The staff was very helpful and nice. They were great on getting information for transportation and also sightseeing in Milan the bus and the train every time I emailed them they always email me back. They were very friendly and polite very nice atmosphere.

Our door to the room was jammed and the knob was not working, temperature control in the room was broken, dustbins not cleared and smelling.......I asked the afternoon shift incharge if we can change the room and he refused, breakfast was very average.
Only plus side it's close to LIN airport

Good staff , we where kindly helped by Simone from the front desk, always there to help with a smile , hotel is located 2 bus stops from the airport, costs 2,20€ Per 90 min of public transport use . This is enough to get you to milan with the 73 bus , very cheap if your on a budget .overall breakfast is also good.
