We have only good things to say about this property. It was conveniently located for our rental car location. They had shuttles to/from the airport. The property looked new or newly renovated, the room was large, clean and very comfortable. There was a restaurant on premises as well as a lounge/bar area. The staff were VERY helpful and courteous - and spoke many different languages.

Great Convenient Hotel 15mins from Malpensa airport Transfer shuttle is provided. But must book 24hrs ahead. Excellent reception staff in particular Anna who is a star. Avoid 1st floor rooms as we find them to be tired and dusty Rooms on 3rd were brilliant.

The gym was horrible, old poorly maintained machines a handful of weights and water in a vending machine that they charge 2 € for!

Lower your expectation and you’ll be fine. Serves a purpose but that’s about it. Would opt paying €50 more and staying at airport hotel (Sheraton). Closer by and looks nicer.
