Check in and check out were fantastic - smooth and fast. Some issues with heating/ac system. We had a superking size bed but 2 mattresses. it would be great to have mattress of the same size of the bed

Lovely hotel in good location. Payable parking at hotel which was convenient. Fantastic concierge service too.

The service is absolutely top at the Grand Visconti Palace. We had lunch in their restaurant and it was really delicious, and they easily catered to my food allergy. The room was beautifully decorated, we appreciated the in-room coffee, and the beds were super comfortable. No complaints.

We loved the pool and spa, and the room was very spacious. However, walls were thin and we could listen everything from next door

Always a good deal but, I have a suggestion
Posted 27 Jan 2024 on HotelsAlways a decent place but the fridge in the room has always one max 2 small bottles of warm water, no water dispensers at the floor. You have to call room service and pay 8€ for delivery every time you just need water. Having more chilled water in the minibar and / or water dispensers on the floor / corridor would be great. Thanks
