The property is very old. Decent for the price we paid. Polite staff and good room service.

Nice, huge room, but you can’t open windows. During night you can’t breathe, because no O2 in the room.

Staff are fantastic!! Rooms are clean and offer amenities not often available at other hotels locally.

We were greeted nicely at the front desk and were very accommodating to any questions we had. Room was amazing and had complimentary drinks and toiletries.

It was what i was looking for the day before my flight. Easy property. Would have loved more snack options in vending machines but all in all would stay again if i am around the area. No eating option if dont drive but was able to order delivery

We stayed one night here. Hotel was clean and check in staff were very efficient and helpful. Location is about 15 min drive from the airport but was further from city centre than expected but didn’t affect our plans. We booked the shuttle for pick up from the airport but unfortunately we weren’t advised of the pick up spot when booking and when I messaged a couple of days beforehand to confirm, the hotel’s reply didn’t come through. We did get it sorted and were able to arrange pick up by the next shuttle. Just be sure to confirm shuttle location at time of booking to avoid these issues. Staff was very apologetic about the issue. All in all though we had a pleasant stay and definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff were very friendly and professional. Room and the building were clean and nice.
We asked for the shuttle to the Malpensa airport and the shuttle was ready on time. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
