Faucet wouldn’t drain. Bathroom vent fan didn’t work at all and filled with dust! Floor a bit sticky

We stayed for 3 days and it was perfect. We took the train to go to the city center. Breakfast was good too. Thank you!

Hotel and bedrooms very warm and stuffy
..had to sleep with the window. Even my wife opened it in the middle of the night and she's always cold!
Located on the outskirts, not alot of bars or restaurants around within walking distance though close to tram stops/buses

Too far away from city center. extreme noise coming from upstairs guests and downstairs function center. complained twice, no offer or action from hotel management.

Posted 22 Oct 2023 on HotelsI’ve stayed many times at the Cosmo. It is convenient for me and the staff are excellent. Food including breakfast is good. Furnishings and carpets just a bit tired.
