Great location...with a little inevitable surprise

Location is outstanding and at walking distance to everything you need or want to see in Milano.That's the reason I chose this place. The room was a one bedroom apartment with ensuite bath and the ambience and choice of colors immediately caught me in a positive way. On day two the bathroom ceiling started dripping water from the apartment above. Management promptly called the plumber to find a solution. No other room was available so I had a big hole on the bathroom ceiling for the whole duration of the stay (8days) but at least no more water on my head. After a first shocking reaction in the end it was not a big deal and the property management did their best to accomodate despite the situation.

Has elevator for wheelchair in the entrance. That was so helpful. Some bathroom features for handicap Will increase the enjoiment of the room. Wonderful stigma from Bob (you need yo stay in the property to understand) thxxxx

didnt get the email how to go inside the bldng and apartmenr!!!! have to call them back while standing outside the rain!!! no change of towel or clean the room. and the bed spring is noisy!

Appartement sale avec de l’humidité partout lit humide je suis partie plus tôt on ne pouvait pas marcher pieds nue car sinon on aurai les pied noir vraiment déçu pire séjour de ma vie je ne recommande pas. Dép lis personne ne veux indemniser
