Rude, unhelpful staff who left me stranded without a room

Good morning, i'm so sorry if you booked a room nonnrefundable for a wrong day, I was full and i cuoldn't give you a room for that day but you have your broom for the day you booked.You booked the room for the moths after .I'm sorry but before book a room next time be careful for avoid again to stay without room.RegardAFFITTACAMERAROSIO

Lady Lara, the owner of this small guest house, was kind and helpful.
2- This place was very clean.
2- It was only a 3-minutes walk to the Monza train station.
3- including safety box.
4- Very light breakfast, which deserves to be complete.
4- Espresso was free during the day.
