The room is spacious and clean. We were upgraded to a bigger room although the first one was good enough. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The restaurant in the hotel serves excellent Argentinian beef. Will book again here on my next visit.

This is a beautiful hotel just in great location. We loved everything about it. The service was outstanding. The restaurant downstairs was delicious. Front desk personnel provided the best customer service and were very helpful. Alena and Thomas made our stay one of a kind. Thank you so much. Definitely will come back again.

Picture frame fell on my head

Dear Younus, thank you for your review. I am particularly sorry that a painting fell on your hand, from a height of 20 cm and I hope you are feeling better. However, I wanted to inform our customers that the front desk asked you if we should call an ambulance but you said no, or maybe a doctor but you said no.you ask the full refund.Furthermore, we provided you with the maximum assistance, as far as we could do, despite your requests for free water, late check out and so on. Despite everything we received an incorrect evaluation simply because we didn't received a refund for the entire stay. We inform our future customers not to take your review into account because it is not truthful. Best Regards
