The hotel is decent , the staff is friendly and helpful , the hotel is clean and close to shops however rooms and bath are a bit smaller than anticipated . The shower in my room was small and have a slow drain. Beds where clean and comfy . Not a bad hotel but I expect a bit more from a 4 start

Friendly staff and great amenities and location. The hotel is beautiful. We took the tram from the central station and it was very easy to find and get to.

Love this property. It feels very chic and luxe and well located in the center for shopping and sites. Easy walk straight up the road to charming Brera area .
