They said that they have problems with booking through expedia, saying that the digital card they sent them would not clear for the room and they said its always haooens with expedia bookings. I have never had that problem with any of my previous expedia bookings so not sure if its just a problem with the hotel system or not. They made me cancel my expedia booking and rebook through them. Next is the room. There was a hole in the ceilings, and wall. The smoke detector was hanging from its wires off the cieling. The shower rod was hanging off the wall and about to fall. My last day there i stepped on a freaking beetle on the floor. This hotel needs proper pest control, and a face lift. This should be a 2 star hotel not a 3 star. If you have kids DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. IT IS NIT KID SAFE. "

"We were very unhappy with the room we had. Upon entering, we noticed ants in the sink but didn’t think anything of it. However in the morning there was a handful of them crawling everywhere, especially in our belongings in the bathroom. While staff was kind, nothing was done about it. It wasn’t cleaned and we were given points for the inconvenience."
