Nice place for families

Spacious rooms that were perfect for our family! Staff was very pleasant and responsive to our requests - specifically for additional towels both in rooms and pool areas. Lovely patios with grills and a fire pit.

Had a great stay here. Last minute booking. Late check-in and Michelle was phenomenal.... Super friendly and efficient. The gentleman at morning check out was wonderful as well. Room was very clean and efficient. The comforter and cover seemed a bit haphazard but clean and totally fine. It was Saturday night and the Mexican restaurant/club next door had late night partiers which woke us at midnight which was unfortunate but other than that this day was great.

Excellent stay!

Our stay was great! I’m Not sure of the ladies name but she was so kind. We got in around 10:30 p.m. from travel softball games and I mentioned we had to be back to play at 6 A.M. she said she would have a goodie bag for us and to let the front desk know. We had to bags filled full of breakfast foods! So gracious!

I am not drawn back to this hotel.

The hotel was adequate but I wouldn’t choose to stay again. Nothing about it brings me back. The bed was not comfortable. There were 3 pillows for two people that weren’t very comfortable. The bed coverings weren’t large enough for two people to stay covered during the night. And there were no extra blankets, pillows, etc in the room for our use. We had 2 towels for the 2 of us for 2 days. Just very stingy with their linens.

Very nice and clean hotel. The room was gorgeous, with more amenities than I expected. The shower was amazing, the bed was so comfortable, and the kitchenette was very useful and had more than we needed. My wife and kids loved our stay and the hotel seemed to be in a safe area. The pool was very clean, as was the entire hotel. The breakfast had many options and was very delicious. The staff were all very pleasant, professional, and helpful. I intend to stay here again on my next trip to Indianapolis.

The property is in a very rough neighborhood where a body had just been found days earlier. The general manager refused to work with me in anyway considering I booked through Expedia. Extremely disappointed in the entire experience.
