It was clean quiet and the staff were great at there jobs and pleasant to work with while I stayed at this location. I had to checkout earlier than expected but other than that I would recommend staying here there’s a great Mexican restaurant close by Mexi taco grill that was delicious.

Rooms and hotel hallway are smelly, like musty carpet. Water pressure was low and only got warm after “heating” up. Room and hotel was dated. Check in staff were friendly. Would not stay again.

We stayed at this hotel during the Men’s College basketball Final Four tournament. The hotel was great value and transportation in and out of Downtown was not too expensive. The room was very clean and everything worked fine. Only thing I didn’t like was the lack of a room safe. There is not much in the area in terms of restaurants but downtown Indianapolis is a $20 ride away. Most of the staff we encountered were nice. If I ever find myself in the area again I would stay there. They also have breakfast and an indoor pool but we didn’t use either.

This evening stay was picked because of the indoor pool, which turned out to be a lovely place. You could tell it had been updated. A bit chilly at 75 degrees for this old gal, but, I toughed it out. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy, pillows plentiful with softness options. Breakfast in AM was satisfactory. Overall, our stay hit all the buttons we needed for a comfortable stay. Job well done!

My family really enjoyed their stay there. The manager was absolutely fantastic. There was a mix- up on the check in date, and the manager ( I believe he was the manager), accommodated the change with no problem. My family was treated well and they were very happy. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

What really made this hotel, room, and stay worth four stars was the price. As long as a place is clean, I can deal without it looking like the Ritz when the price is a dral. We stayed for only one night, and it was perfect for that. The lobby and room were clean - not the most modern look/feel to either, but the amenities (weight room, pool, breakfast, cost, made up for it). Don't get excited about the breakfast as it was on the lower end of budget hotel free breakfasts. The waffles were very good though.
