the room felt moist and dirty. The cleaning staff opened my door twice while I was in the room without knocking. Check out was at a 11 and they tried to come in around 8 and 9.

Pretty decent highway hotel overall. Room was quiet and clean. Pool needed some attention. Very friendly staff and good standard breakfast.

I book a room for 2 nights, that had a Jacuzzi. I paid almost $300.00 for that room and to come into a very nasty dirty jacuzzi that wasn't clean at aĺl and the the bathroom the tub wasn't clean at all. The tub filled up with water that took about 10 minutes to go out. I could take a shower because of it. I reported it to the staff who ignore he didnt make no notes or reported it. Email General Manager and haven't responded back yet. I took pictures and I do have them.

Ac was not good making a loud noise and was not going down below 69 temperature

We stayed one night room 121 the worst experience the roomed horrible I had to go purchase air fresheners and it still didn’t help the bathroom wasn’t better stand up shower with a big chair to sit on while showering which was dirty probably from other occupancy. We didn’t even take a shower and sleep in clothes. We really didn’t sleep got up at 6 breakfast wasn’t anything to brag about water down eggs. They charge us $25 for a pillow that housekeeping probably took. We complain to them about service and they complain about a pillow $100 for some run down need to be burned down suite. Do not stay here unless you just don’t care.
