Very dirty even the furniture was dirty. The room had a crack in the window and was covered with packaging tape.

This was the worst place. As soon as we checked in and saw the room and property we left. Forfeited our money and walked out!! Such terrible place and service

There is not a pool as advertised. I booked this for my nephew who is three to swim while his dad is in the U of U hospital. I am disappointed and dealing with temper tantrums. I don’t understand how there is a photo of a pool and no pool…

It was quiet and affordable (only pros). The pool and hot tub were getting “maintenanced” aka, broken. You will be charged a deposit, poor customer service and minimal items. The room will be cleaned but we found a cockroach the last day so I’m sure they are hiding in the walls. Sketch area, bad breakfast. No elevator (for those who might need one). One star, I will pay more money to stay elsewhere and leave a longer review on Google
