"The apartment was very clean with modern furniture and well kept. Washer/dryer was confusing but we figured it out. There was no frying pan when we checked in and we informed the receptionist. He said one would be delivered the next day, but it wasn’t. We honestly didn’t miss it. Great shower, plenty of space, parking was easy, walkable to most places. Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed at Braid Hills Hotel for the first 3 nights of our honeymoon, and had a fantastic stay! Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Location was a bit far from downtown, but easy enough to get everywhere using the bus, and there was a bus stop right out front. Food in the restaurant was good but a little pricey. Hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. "

"Overall the hotel was good. The location was great as it was central to the airport and the city centre. Right next door to the zoo. The room was a bit dated with basic furniture, matress was too soft and not much space in the bathroom. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good."
