We stayed in the building that was away from the reception area. Our room was very large and we appreciated that. The front desk was very helpful but it took three requests for the housekeeping staff to respond. Parking was easy.

The apartments are excellent value for money - spacious, clean and very comfortable. I had a suite in a building separated from the main building, but only a short walk away. The suite had a great sized lounge/kitchen space and a spacious bedroom, with fitted wardrobes and a very comfortable queen size bed. The bathroom was a good space, with a walk-in rainfall shower. Clean and soft towels, and toiletries were provided.

Absolutely perfect for groups or families. Clean, great amenities, staff was super friendly and helpful with directions and things to see. The beds were soft and so cozy. It is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of attractions, but I saw this as a positive and didn’t mind walking where we needed to go.

We had a lovely 4 night stay here! The staff were so accommodating and super friendly!! They held our bags for us, as we arrived so early, and offfered us early check in for a wee fee. Our two bedroom, two bathroom had everything you need for a comfortable stay. There was a Tesco just a short 5 minute walk up the street and around the corner. City bus were just down from the Tesco. Great place to stay while exploring Edinburgh!! Thanks Staff

Fantastic property for a stay in Edinburgh as a family. Very well appointed with full kitchen, fridge and laundry in room. Seoerate lounge /dining room in our 2 bed apartment. Comfortable beds. Secure. We pre booked carparking and had no issues with it. Overall a very nice place to stay. Walkable distance to Royal Way and Deans Village. Supermarkets near by. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff. Room was ready early so they let us check in. Suite was nice and looked like the photos. Cons: You can hear everything. People above were very loud walking around for ages early morning and late in evening. Really weird smell in reception room and downstairs.

Really enjoyed our stay in our 2 bed, 2 bathroom apt. Some cleanliness issues with the furnishings - sofa and chairs in particular. Didn't mar our overall experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities in the apartment were excellent. Very comfortable beds (or maybe just exhausted after all that walking!). Lots of bus links close by and walkable to Haymarket train station. Tesco Express just around the corner was really useful. Would recommend and will consider staying here again for our next visit.
