We arrived early, and they did everything they could to accommodate my father who has health issues and got us in our room hours early. Very helpful, clean and quiet with a view of the castle!

location was great we were not informed that there was construction going on and the room we were in was supposed to have a view of the castle and it did not. also the room we stayed in was remodeled but there was a whole side of the room without any furniture that could've held a couch etc.

The only thing i wish the hotel had was a food & drink shop. 24 hrs. I fell asleep and missed dinner. It was late at night and nothing was open. I wished there was a little shop at the hotel with snacks i could have gotten. Other then that everything was perfect.
