Overall overnight stay was good. The reason I didn’t put an excellent rating was because wifi for TV never worked, even though it was connected. Toilet handle was broken.

The late check in was flawed as the card reader malfunctioned for numerous rooms. The breakfast was poor as the eggs were burnt, the oatmeal plaster, and no milk to thin it. Just mediocre!

The hotel blind-sided both me and Expedia, canceling my reservation without notice. I only learned I was canceled when I arrived after a long drive, tired and ready to crash. The hotel claimed it was “overbooked.” That’s really lousy!

The staff were not welcoming or nice. Unprofessional and rude. Seemed as though I was an inconvenience.
