The rooms A/C or compressor went on and off all night with the sound of a jet engine and ran for about 20 minutes at a time. Could not turn it off, the panel was locked and got no sleep.

We have stayed at this property before, and it is convenient and a pretty good hotel. However, in comparison with the Residence Inn we just stayed at last month in Washington, DC, this one failed us in a several ways: 1) Breakfast--powered eggs, all breads wrapped in plastic, pre-packaged stuff.... 2) television couldn't hook into our Netflix or Hulu accounts... 3) rollaway came as a folded-in-half bed and was terribly uncomfortable. Staff was kind, and quick to help.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent stay. I would like to address each issue individually. We are currently in the process of upgraded TV entertainment package to include streaming channels. This is a long process. We do not or have never used powdered eggs. We do not use shelled eggs per Marriott requirement, but they are liquid and not powdered. We do individually wrap most items as our guest would rather not have their food exposed to other guest that may handle them first. I would also like to apologize for the comfort of the rollaway. I hope we have the opportunity to serve you again in the future so you can see the upgrades for yourself.

The staff was amazing!!! Friendly, professional and very accommodating! The property is also extremely nice and well maintained!

The pool was small and shallow but everything else was close to expectations.
