When we checked in, we were not informed that housekeeping would not be cleaning our rooms or changing sheets, etc. I called down to ask and it was if I was supposed to know this did not like the attitude or response. Would’ve been nice if something was in the room to tell us this that there is no housekeeping while we are staying there

What a great stay! Check in was quick and friendly. Room and overall hotel were clean. Excellent location near so many dining options and shops.Would definitely stay again!

Was .05 miles from friends we were visiting. Plenty of places to eat at. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Will stay here again.

The property was pretty good and there were a ton of strip mall type restaurants around. There was also a local bar close by that was quaint and fun. Overall it was a good place to stay with my only complaint being the evening check-in service. I stood at the counter with another customer for a few minutes before anyone came to the counter. It seemed that the night time employee was outside smoking or something. No big deal but clearly wasn't that worried and/or apologetic for making us wait. A small thing but a little "hey sorry about that" goes a long way.
