Needs improvment.

Rooms are miles away from the reception, very dust rooms and also many cobwebs and spiders in the room. Cleanliness should definitely be improved. Bearing in mind that this hotel has a great opportunity with business travelers as it is right next to the industrial area, it should be improved. Breakfast was plentiful, but no continental options. Lots of confusion by all as the breakfast is all over the area and people cannot find things. Staff at reception are quite poor, spent 10 minutes filling all the details on an ipad that they asked and when its time to get the invoice with the company name, its blank. Took 6 attempts to get it right, including the staff googling for the address and putting what they think is right rather than what you tell them. Utter incompetence, but is the usual Danish standard for hospitality. Would recommend staying there, but be warned about the cleanliness, although not unhygienic, and the poor staff.

the hotel was advertised as a 4 Star hotel The experience was a disaster it was like going into. Prison The entire experience was horrific Including breakfast which was very bad and I was left with bad stomach after breakfast

Good property, small room but we knew it would be. Very hot weather there but no air conditioning. Although we paid a few months ago, we were told a few days prior that we would have to move to another hotel for the last day of our stay. The other hotel room was not ready until 3 p.m. Not good enough!
