Mal experiencia en mi habitación había cucarachas y estuve con una bebé de 7 meses y mi hijo de 7 años, muy mala higiene!

Being a 40 Yr local to Miami I always looks for hidden gems within my beautiful city Miami! This hotel is one of my local favorites for a full day of relaxing. The staff has always been friendly, helpful and accommodating special Isabel. Thanks you! EF

Booked through Expedia and taxes for hotel was not included. The taxes were as much as the hotel cost. Smelled like cat pee in hallways. Continental breakfast was almost non existent. On the positive side hotel was very close to the beach. Bed was very nice and bedding was clean and comfortable.

The Room view was amazing… the jacuzzi didn’t work but overall room was great!

Bathroom door didn't close, didn't provide towels or wash clothes, no fan in the room, continental breakfast was a loaf of wheat bread. Asked for the bathroom door to be fixed or changed rooms and they promised to help and then refused when I followed up
