This was my first experience at this facility and it was very pleasant although a little pricey. The only complaint is have is the nonchalant demeanor that was given when I call over 10 times to notify the hotel of my flight cancellation and next day arrival. After calling repeatedly and waiting on hold over 25 min each time, I was finally able to speak with someone who didn’t seem too interested in my dilemma and then placed me back in to a loop of being transferred and waiting to extended periods of time. Also once at the resort, there were a lot of small children. Maybe one day it would be separated into sections and there could be an adult only side. Other than this issue, I loved my experience and the staff and I look forward to visiting again soon.

I will never return to this hotel under the current management... The majority of the staff would never listen to a concern, only immediately remind me that it is a big hotel and whatever the issue i should understand. All they were actually telling me is I should not choose to stay at a big hotel. I got the message.. 9 days of a very poor choice and not cheap.

Excellent service, great views and great access to the beachfront. Definitely coming back again soon. Also a strongly considering membership to this hotel.

Black mold was found in our bathroom and we were denied a room upgrade, were only given $100 in room credit and the room we were switched to was a downgrade from the previous room.
