"The bed was lumpy and it felt like it had a divot from way over use. The pillows were also Lumpy and flat. We were put into a handicap room which we did not need and the shower was way too low for someone who stood in the shower to use"

"I wrote a review previously and I now received another review request I presume hoping I would change my review. I had an awful time at this hotel. The staff was terrible. The room was ok but the garbage pails were never emptied during our entire 2 day stay. We waited more than an hour & a half for an additional blanket after calling the front desk 3 times & only to find after not deciding to call a fourth time they the blanket was left at the door without the person even knocking to let us know it was there. So we were cold for almost 2 hours. The parking fee is excessive. Overall it was one of the worst experiences u have ever had at a hotel. We would NEVER stay at this Hotel again. I guess that after Jimmy Buffet died the hotels went downhill. I stayed at the resort in Hollywood Fl several years ago & it was great. This hotel not so much. Don’t waste your time & money to get aggravated!"

"The power went out the fire alarm went off. We didn’t know if there was a fire or what was going on. We were all ushered out of the hotel to find out. There was no fire, but now no one could unlock the doors to get us up into our rooms, we missed appointments. We couldn’t do anything we plan to do for the trip because we weren’t able to get into our rooms to finish dressing it was absolutely horrible. Just a horrible experience. The emergency lights did not go on in the stairwells. The stairwells were pitch black very dangerous horrible experience."

"Everything about my stay was nice with the exception I wanted an ocean side room and ended up with a street side room other than that was a perfect visit"

"This hotel does not clean the room and charges an additional $30.00 to the value supposedly to clean and they will not go into a week to change towels, much less to clean, this money is a robbery, very bad"

"Hotels.com was used to book the room and a 2 queen, ocean view was selected. Upon arrival, we were told the only available room for as a king. We were able to get a king suite but without an ocean view and one of us slept on a pullout couch."

"Exceptional staff at this location. Provided excellent service during stay. Utilized shuttle services which were extremely helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again."
