Don't expect to access your room before 2:00 pm, even if there are rooms avialable. The check-in was terrible as I had an important business call for a Private Equity Captial Raise of $150MM we were doing for a client. I had to do the Teams Call from the lobby where there was no quiet space and continuous traffic. I wasn't allowed to check-in which meant there was no WIFI access for the Teams Meeting, the staff had to run around and figure it out, instead of just assigning a room, even if they wouldn't let me in the room. After the check-in debacle the rest of our three night stay went as expected and the staff who were present after the check-in were all very friendly.
