The staff was excellent. Helpful and efficient. They made this visit very pleasant. My only dissatisfaction was that I got the impression that the hotel was right on the beach, which it is not. It's a 5 minute walk.

The room was very clean and spacious. It was perfect for 2 adults and 4 kids. We enjoyed the pool and the music coming from the roof top bar. The breakfast was great as well. Great location as well, 5 minute walk to the beach. The only downfall was the beds were really hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were too soft where they became flat and not much support. Other than that no bugs, not dirty, not a lot of noise, and convenient. We did lose power about an hour before check-out and it was not acknowledged but all good.

It was a little bit of a slow time when we were there and we used valet service which probably wasn't necessary they were very prompt and helpful but we were only staying for one night which sort of added to the chaos because of getting things set up but for more than one night they have an excellent service
