I Spent $96 on a king size bedroom the bathroom floor was flooded I only used the toilet once didn’t poop but when I looked on the ground there was poop on the floor due to the toilet flooding there was no microwave and there was no ice machine but they put it on The pictures stating there was a freezer and a microwave which there was not I was bit by bugs in the sheets slept very uncomfortable couldn’t sleep at all the TVs weren’t working correctly and staff put us in 3 rooms because every room had a problem this was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my whole entire life and I will no longer come back there when I visit Miami Florida I was appalled and disgusted.

I didn't like anything at all. It was dirty, smelled horrible, it was out dated like if I was back to the 70's. I slept on a chair for 15 minutes, and left my husband in the hotel. My car was cleaner. The walls were crack, the rug had paint marks and dirty like they never passed the vacuum. Tub was black not white of how dirty it was. This has been the worst experience, never again. Expedia you should take this off your list, is nothing to what it looked like in the picture. It was horrible.

Cleanliness was a big issue and there were ants on the table i could keep my stuff at all it was all on my stuff.
Bathroom was in bad condition, bathtub wasn't clean.

The worst place in town, rude uneducated manager and personal. I reserved 3 nights , AS SOON I GIT THERE AND FOUND OUT HOW TERRIBLE WAS THAT PLACE I REQUESTED REFUND EVEN FOR TWO OF THE THREE NIGHTS BUT THEY DID NOT. I PREFERRED TO LOST THE MONEY THAN STAY THERE. DO NOT GO THERE
