There were little bugs all over the beds and floor. The floor was very sticky. The toilet ran all night. The room smelled like mildew.

The property was okay. Not enough parking. It took a long time to check in. Only one person working the front desk. The room was as expected but no hot water to take a shower.

Room was dirty and the staff member that checked us in was rude. They also said the hotel offered airport shuttle but failed to mention they only run by the HR. Terrible experience especially since I was traveling with my kids.

The area did not seem safe. Loud music in the parking lot at 4 am in the morning

Thank you for your feedback, I do apologize for the issues you had here at the property. Our cable was down for few hours after we had a thunder storm and knocked out the signal.

There was no internet and they were helpless. After waiting patiently for two hours I canceled and went to another property. Is this the world we live in now? No one can do anything without the internet!

The staff was friendly upon arrival probably the best part of our stay. The lobby area had ants crawling in the floor not sure if it due to dirty floors or they were coming from outside. Our room had four odor when we opened the door but overall looked clean to the eye. We booked for two guest and the left one wash cloth for two, we did call and someone brought more. I not a person who complains unless it really bad. Most of these issues could be over looked but are things that they sound give some attention to.
