Our room was beautiful designed and appointed. We had a beautiful ocean view and the service was superb.

Wonderful Hotel in North Miami Beach

Amazing hotel in a quiet section of North Miami Beach. The hotel was comfortably decorated, had great room amenities and the staff was very friendly and service oriented. Would definitely return when back in Miami Beach.

The staff is amazing and the hotel is beautiful. It is a completely different vibe than south beach. Taylor and Marlene were so kind and helped make our stay special! Beautiful beaches and close to great luxury shopping. The in-room dining food and restaurant can definitely use an upgrade. We were very disappointed that the food served at The Ritz was very poor. Modernizing the hotel amenities and adding more restaurants and bars to give guests other options would certainly help the hotel be competitive. If asked, “Would I stay here again?”….unfortunately, will have to say no because there are much better options.
